sexual misconduct with co-worker

If a person has intercourse with a co-worker on a school campus and it is reported to the district office can those people be terminated. Both people were consenting adults. An affair occurred and the females husband found out and reported the male to the school district. After investigation it has been recommended that both are terminated

Unless you have a contract that would prevent a firing under these circumstances (which is unlikely), yes -- they can fire you. With what is going on in Florida with sexual conduct and teachers . . . . I think screwing on campus is plenty of reason to fire a teacher. Get a room next time.
