Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
signing a contract
I am a subcontractor working for a uniform co. I travel all over the u.s. They have asked us to sign contracts..some items are not paying anything if we are hurt on the job. (Indemnification). Injunctive Relief, No Compete clause...but as a independant sub contractor we are told if we don't sign we will no longer work for them. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this. I have signed no prior contract.
