Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I started my job at a non profit assisted living facility Feb.25,2009 just this past Aug 30th,2009 I was terminated on the same day I was suppose to recieve a raise This girl got hired an me an her have the same baby father supposely so she was at the job telling some of the cna girls that if I look at her wrong that she would cut me an beat me up so I went to my boss an let her no that I cannot work with her but to find out she had beat me to my boss an told them that she can work with me etc so they told me an if I cant work with her I can find me another job so I told them I can work with her then they wanted me an her an the witnesses to all have a meeting together so day of meeting the girl told them that she was talking about cutting me in the past so they believed her over the witnesses an told us to not talk about it so just this monday I was called in the ofice an fired because someone said I said that she go with a 30yr old man an he got aids is this wrongly termination an can I sue a non profit organization?what should I do?

You are an at will employee and you can be terminated for not being able to get along with co-employees.
