Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I am starting school on Monday and have worked at the same job for two years I told them six months ago that I was starting school and that I would have to leave 1 hour early monday thru thursday and I have someone to cover my hour now they are going to fire me is that legal?

Yes, unless prohibited by your contract, which is unlikely. Your employer is not required to bend to yor school schedule.
