Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

In the state of florida, what is the law regarding getting paid? So my husband has been working for this construction company for about a month now and they never get his check right or its not there on fridays like its supposed to be. Is that legal?

Its not legal. You can try going to the US Dept of Labor to Complaint, but if he wants to keep working there you might not want to bring legal action against them. Maybe he should look for a more reputable employer.
