You may have a legitimate claim for wrongful discharge/breach of contract, or simply failure to pay wages owed. Please call me for a free consultation to discuss the matter in detail and determine if a case exists. It may be that you will need to hire an attorney to represent you against the employer.
Good luck.

I think the biggest concern is as follows: if you are supposed to be paid a certain % as commissions and you are not being paid as agreed upon, then we would need to establish why you are not being paid "correctly" and/or what the company is basing your pay on. Please feel free to contact me at (305) 755-9441 for further assistance.
