Can I sue my company For Getting drunk at a company function then getting into a

I got drunk at a company function and then got into a car accident leaving the function. Can I sue my company since I got drunk on company time and at a company function?

Depending on where the function was physically held, you might be able to file a workers' compensation claim as a result of any injuries you may have suffered. However, such a claim would be tedious at best. With respect to suing the company for you getting drunk, it is my opinion that unless you were unaware that you were consuming alcohol, then you have no viable claim.
