Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My supervisor fired me and told me it was not working out and i think it is because he was sexist. I once asked for my schedule to be changed and he told me no and then offered the same schedule change that i requested to some one else who did not even ask for it. Can I pursue legal action?
