Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

New Tattoo Policy at work

I have been with my Company 11 years, never signed a manual, a dress code agreement, anything. Newer employees have. I am the only employee with a tattoo larger than 3'' on my leg and the new policy states that tattooes larger than 3'' be covered. Many other employees have deeply colored tattooes on arms, legs, ankles, measuring 1'' to 3''. Can my Employers selectively enforce this policy?

It is not being selectively enforced. You are the only one with a larger than 3" tatoo. If 5 peoplr had a larger than 3" visible tatoo and they oly required you to cover yours up, that would be selective enforcement. I'd cover it up or start looking for other employment.
