Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was terminated in April because of excessive absences. I was being treated for depression and a recurring infection last year and missed several days, approx. 5 or so. I do not have access to my timesheets to know for sure. However I was being treated by doectors and had some ER visits and provided this documentation to my manager. If I had medical problems beyond my control is this acceptable terms for termination?
