Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was terminated for failing to contact my disability insurance company in a timely manner for having influenza A and possible H1N1. But when I filed for unemployment the employer stated I was terminated for misconduct (absentism)therefore denying me of unemployment benefits.
