Four plus years. Never written up for anything.5 No notice given at time. ''drive home empty truck.''Do I have grounds for appeal? If so how do I word it? Thank You. Michael

Re: terminated

Sounds to me like you do have a basis to appeal. If its your first level appeal, then you need to file a notice of appeal within 20 days of the determination that you are not eligible and you then will get a hearing before an appeals referee. If you've already received such a hearing and you are appealing the referee's decision, then you need to file a notice of appeal with the unemployment appeals commission followed by a written brief. I unfortunately cannot advise you as how to write a brief, as it is a legal pleading. Please be sure to act timely.
