Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
i was terminated from my job because i did not make my return to date after cancer treatment. i was in the hospital. my wife who works for the same company physically went to my supervisor and HR and told them i was in the hospital and would not make the date, but they terminated me anyway. perfect record, excellent reviews etc... do i have a case ?

What company did your work for? How many employees? Did you take FMLA? Might be something that can be done but quite a few questions would have to be answered.
