Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was terminated from my job 3 weeks ago and have requested a letter of temination from my previous employer. They are refusing to provide me the letter. This letter is required by my husbands insurance company in order to qualify for the "change of life" policy from his employer. How can I get my previous employer to provide the letter? Are they required to provide it to me?
