Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was terminated from my position because the Supervisor stated that they did audits and he said I reported incorrect information which I disputer. Well, the very next day the Supervisor sent out and email to the entire staff stating:Unfortunately, we had to let someone go this week due to falsely reporting on their batch. I was the only person missing from the email. Several people called me to ask about this. Is it legal for a company to disclose why a person was terminated?

Based on what you have stated, nothing illegal has occurred. An employer may disclose to employees the reason why another employee was terminated.
