terminated for willful insubordination
I was accused of not paying for my girlfriends lunch. they latter watched there security cameras and found out that i did.They accused me of using the company van for persanel use but latter asked me to help there friend. I told a coworker about what they did so they fired me.they also claimed the first and last 30 minutes of each day going to and from a job sight was not paid driving the company van

As to the termination claim, depends upon whether there was some other illegal basis for your termination. You would need to go through more details with an attorney. You could have a claim for unpaid wages or overtime for not being paid going to job-sites. Would also need further information. Feel free to call my office or e-mail me to discuss further.
