My termination handled differently than another manager
I was terminated for an alleged company policy violation. I was in a position that was 5th highest in the store (more responsiblity and accountability). Approx. 4 years ago, another manager with a higher pay scale was placed on a final notice for the same offence. He remained in his position. A major discrepency is my 50/50 asian/ caucasian and his 100% caucasian and he had a longer tenure of employment.

If you can prove that your firing was because of your race, then you would have grounds for a suit. That is extremely difficult to prove, especially if you did violate the company policy and if this firing is the only incident of discrimination.
