Termination from Job

I have worked at a company for 2.5 years after leaving my previous company of 13 years. I was laid off three weeks ago. I will be paid until next year, but will have to use all my vacation time to span the time. I will not be working in the office, but transitioning from home. If I find a new job before January 2009, will I still be able to receive the payments from my company that I was laid off from or will the payments stop.

if it is already earned time, typically you still receive the pay. check with your company however, as their policy may be different.
