Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I toss hay for a living. And my boss has not been paying his employees on time, he threatens to dock our pay, and now he's not paying us hourly he wants to pay us by the semis we get done. He's paying us $250 for 5 of the workers that work today, to split between them. He has a criminal record and is on probation for check fraud. I've tried talking to him and telling him how not getting paid on time has left me with unpaid bills and his response is "not my problem". He bought Busch gardens tickets for a supervisor that is his girlfriends daughter, her sister, her boyfriend, and his girlfriend. With I'm assuming company money, because we did not get paid that week either. My question is what can I do?

Unless you have an employment agreement stating otherwise your rate of pay may be changed at any time; however, it cannot fall below minimum wage. If you are not being paid for your time you should consult with an attorney as soon as possible.
