Yes I. Trained at a gas station for 2 days and I was under the impression that I had the job because I was training and by their actions well unfortunatly I don't have the job and was paid nothing. So I want to kno if I have a suit of action or may get compensation

You were told that there would be no compensation during training, I will assume. But you now claim that you should have been paid. I will gladly handle a small claims action for you and will do my best to recover minimum wage for you for the two days you worked for them. The court costs will be $300, service of process costs $40 and my retainer is $3500. So for $3840, you may, and that is a big may, get less than $200.00, plus court costs. This is a lesson for you, never agree to work for nothing. Training you is work on your part and you should be paid for it, but as you can see, suing is cost prohibitive. Even if you file a small claims case yourself, you would have to pay money, $340, just to sue.
