Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

We are transferring our existing employees from our exisiting company to a new company. At no time will our employees be unemployed, it is simply a new company. How can we prevent our employees from quitting at our current location and getting unemployment? Can we make them sign an agreement that they wukk not file for unemployment and that they understand that they are not unemployed, just transferring?
