Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My unemployment was denied by my company. I was on short term disabilty when I was terminated. The reason the emplyer gave was months before I went on short term. I feel I was fired becuase of my disability, and way to fight this? I would either like my job back or my unemployment. The job was the reason I went on disability in the first place.

Please file an appeal with the unemployment office. There will be a hearing conducted on the matter, and you can appear telephonically. You can appear yourself or hire an attorney to appear for you.
