If you quit your job , because you
took a different position in the your
company , but weren't compensated
for the new position, and others in
the company were paid higher for
your same job. Can you qualify for unemployment . based on quitting.

I would make the claim. When they dispute the unemployment there are quite a few arguments you can make. If they dispute it you might want legal counsel to help you with the unemployment heairng.
