Unfair employment
Can my employer promote another person for the same position that I already have and not tell me that I no longer have that position.The secretary for this company told another manager that I was no longer in this position to no longer perform the job description.But the owner of this company has not mentioned it to me or informed me that i was no longer in the position.Does the fact that I am 7 months pregnant have anything to do with it?I have held the position for a year since he bought our company ouy.

Yes your employer can give someone else your job if he or she wants to--except if its being done because your pregnant (or if its being done because of your race, religion, gender, national origin, etc).
