Unlawfull termination

Can a employer terminate you with sufficient backup of poor woork performanc? etc. no previous write up,no previous warnings nothing documented

Florida is an "at-will" employment State, which means that an employer can terminate someone's employment for any reason at any time - - whether its a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. There are, however, discrimination laws which prohibit most employers from taking actions based upon an individual's protected characteristics such as age, race, gender/sex, national origin, religion, disability, etc.
