Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I 'voluntarily' quit my job recently. This job was an hours' drive away, minimum wage, and not full-time. It was costing me more money in gas than I was actually recieving. They said that the wage was decided upon hiring, however I believe that they agreed to full time and that was not what I was recieving. I have not yet filed an appeal, and need advice as to what to do next.

aooeal from what? if you filed for unemployment, then you probably are not entitled to it because you quit and you were not fired.
