Voluntary Resignation Pay

Is there a Florida law whereby the employer must provide the employee with their final paycheck within a certain period of time?

There is no specific statute, but the prevailing thinking and decisions say that the next regularly scheduled pay period after the separation is when all wages should be paid--as they would have been paid if you were still employed. If you still have not been paid, send the employer a letter, via certified mail, requesting payment of all wages and state the amount you are owed and the time period/hours worked.
