Wages

My company currently pays management on a 90/10 basis. 90 percent salary 10% bonus. Now they want to change it to 60/40 and cut our salaries 30%! Is this legal?

Yes. Unless you have a contract to the contrary (like an employment agreement that sets your salary for a particular period of time), they are free to change compensaton.
