Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I'm a Westgate Resorts employee (subsidiary of Central Florida Investments - David Siegel's company). I want to go work at a different resort, specifically Orange Lake, but they will not release my real estate license for that resort (they will release it for any other resort, just not that particular one).
How can I get around that? Is that even legal?
