I work on the florida turnpike,they contract out the jobs,a new company got the contract last april,our pay was reduced from what we were making,we also got a welcome package that stated I would get 26 paid days off a year if I worked every hoilday and 8 hours less for each holiday not worked.Well since they couldn't staff all the plazas with vacation requests they changed the policy now I only have 12 days off and 7 sick days.Can they legally do this.Thank you

It depends on your contract. If you have no contract and you are an employee at will, then they probably can.
