Work Benefits
What is the required minimum number of hours worked weekly in order to recieve benefits? IE vacation, sick days, paid holidays and more importantly, health plan benefits.

There is no federal law or Florida state law that I am aware of which requires an employer to provide health care benefits to any employee. Florida employers are likewise not required by law to provide paid vacation or paid holidays to employees.
