Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I work for a company in jacksonville florida (restaurant buisness) that is asking me to sign a form stating that i am to pay all fines out of my own pocket associated with health inpections that result in a fine. is this legal or should the buisness owner be totally responsible for health inpection fines???? need help, they want it by the end of the day!!!!!

They can require you, as a condition of employment, to pay for fines levied against the company because of your negligence.
