Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i have been work for this company since may 23 2011, 53,48,50 and he never pay me overtime and he pay me by check without pay stubs and he take off all taxes and i did never fill and sign W4 paper ,something wrong ,what should i do?

You have a lot of legal issues. First, your employer should have paid you for all overtime worked. In addition, if he took out taxes from payroll and did not pay it to the government there is another issue.
