Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work in FL. My employer constantly follows me around telling me about my shortcomings. He uses explicit language and is always harping on my vehicle and how it makes him and his restaurant look bad. He also tells me how my personal appearance makes him look bad as well. Is this legal? If not, what can I do?

It is not illegal for an employer to be a jerk. It would be illegal if the actions against you were because of your race, sex, religion, gender, etc.
