Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
At my work my general manger saw i was on my phone for a second and he comes from behind me, scares me, pulls my arm with a grasp while i had a sunburn (which was noticiable) and it hurt a bit. He pulled me out of the corner i was in and told me to do something and was rude about it. I felt so belittled to him and was infuriated with him because he put his hands on me, what should i do?

If you don't like the way he treated you, which is understandable, you should resign. But you don't have a lawsuit
