Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work as a Hair Salon Assistant for $6.25/hr plus tips. My boss gives me no breaks. No lunch break either. I can't answer my phone when my husband calls me about our 2 kids. Now my boss wants me to sign a confidentiality agreement that states after/upon termination that I cannot work for 2 years within a 5 mile radius of his salon. Is all this legal? Thank you.

He can ask; you are not required to sign it. If you do not sign, he can decide to terminate you.
