Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work in healthcare in an outpatient facility. I gave my job 30 days notice per the contract that I signed, that I was resigning. This was due to bounced paychecks and delayed payments. A week before I was supposed to resign they distributed all my patients to the other therapists (they stated that the other therapists lost patients due to summer vacations), who they said had seniority over me and told me verbally that I did not need to come back to work. Per the contract, they are required to give me 30 day written notice and can only terminate if I was not performing my duties. Per their admission, I did not do anything wrong. They stated that patient hours are not guaranteed, which is true. Although, none of my patients cancelled, they were distributed to other employees. I believe that I should be compensated for the week that I was supposed to resign. In addition, I was guaranteed 5 preapproved vacation days, which I did not take. So, can I be compensated for the vacation days and the last week that I was supposed to work? Do I have a valid case against them?
