Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I used to work for IBM for five years whle I was merried to a Lady that I did write her as my beneficiary, now I got divorce from her a few years ago ad I want to change my beneficiary because I remerried and I have a son, but IBM don't let me change because they said that what I select on my privious papers. Do you know if their is any law that can stop me for doing the change.
