Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Work Improvement Notice

I was given a 90-Day Work Improvement Notice in which they noted a 90% performance requirement to my sales quota. I did not sign the document as mgmt did not address all my questions regarding it. My company has terminated my employment based on me not meeting the requirements on this WIN document. Is this legal since I did not sign it which acknowledges I have read and understand it?

Re: Work Improvement Notice

If you are an employee at will, yes, it is legal. If you have a written employment agreement the reasons for them to terminate you will be found there. The employee in Florida does not have nmany rights in this area under Florida law.
