Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I currently work for Johnson Controls Inc. I have been offered a government position with one of Johnson's customers. My job position does not have a direct contract to the facility we provide servies to. I am simply subcontracted by a contractor choosen by the government facility. Can Johnson take an legal action on the customer or myself for employing me?

Do you have a non-compete agreement or anything of that nature with Johsnson Controls? IF so you need to have an employment law attorney review it to give you an opinion on this issue.
