Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Right to work law
I work for a retail grocery store that now want to cut back the work hours during the week and also threaten my job because my availabilty hours have changed to what it was originaly when I first started working for them.
Is this something I should worry about. Can they force me to work any hours they want me to work even though they are aware of my availability?

Re: Right to work law
They do not have to offer you work only when you are available unless you have a contract that so requires (which is unlikely).
