Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I work as a server in a bowling alley for 6 years now and twice I have receieved a decrease in pay. This time when I received it I was told it was becausse I make more tips then I'm claiming and I was threatened with my job if I didn't accept the decrease. I am now recievinglower. Pay then when I had started. Is this legal?

Yes, an employer can lower wages at any time for just about any reason. Your only option is not to accept the decrease and quit.
