Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work for a small coporation who only employs 4 people. Can I take advantage of FMLA for my maternity leave and are they required to hold my position for me after 12 weeks?

probably not. The protections of FMLA only apply to larger corporations. However, your company may have adopted a policy which is similar to FMLA. You can talk to your HR person to find out.
