Right to work state/Unions
Very simple question to ask Can a Union in the State of Florida which is a right to work state set up their seniority call system to distribute work out on a daily basis use the Union cardholders first over the non-cardholders?

If you are going through a Union hiring hall, the answer is of course yes. And if the Union is the entity distributing the work, there wouldn't necessarily be anything illegal about work being distributed to Union members first.
