Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I work for a trucking co. and I am paid by the load.Recently, I hauled some loads for a sod co. and when pay day came my boss would not pay me. He said I would have to wait until the sod. co. paid him before I got paid.
Can I take him to small claims court and sue for wages and court costs?
