work vacation
I was not payed for vacation and not fired. Do the comp. have the wright to do this?

Florida is an at-will state, as a result of which an employer can terminate the employment relationship for any reason at any time, provided that the decision is not motivated by a protected characteristic (such as age, race, gender, national origin, religion, disability, etc).
Additionally, Florida unfortunately does not have any laws that require private companies to pay vacation benefits in the event of a termination/separation.
