Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work as a waitress for a year now and my boss had not, except twice, paid me my hourly wage. Nothing! Isn't this illegal? I reside in FL. I tried communicating with her, she answered me in a very rude way that if I didn't like it I could get another job.

Yes its illegal, you are supposed to get a waitress hourly wage and tips. If she does not comply you could either hire a lawyer or go to the U.S. Department of Labor and file a complaint.
