Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i worked at a cemex for over a year and they told my mother they were letting me go and they told the unemployment office i quit witch i didn't quit and now i have been filing appeal after appeal fighting for unemployment for over a year know what should i do? because they are making it like its all my fault cuz unemployment messed up my phone number and address several times and they are blaming me

I do not know whether or not you are entitled to unemployment compensation. Clerical errors are not determinative.
