I worked for a company that paid min wage plus commission when I quit on my last ck they only paid me the min wage , can they legally do that?

If you can prove that your employment agreement included commissions, then you ought to be entitled to be paid what commissions you earned, too. If your employer will not pay your commissions after making a written demand for payment (keep a copy), then I would seek out an attorney who had expertise in this area, to assist you in obtaining the money you would be entitled to.

You are probably entitled to these commissions but it depends upon whether you were in a business where you were required to service the customer after your departure.
