Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I worked in sales for 9 months, signed a non compete for 12 months. They laid me off. They then re-hired me 2 months later in a new positon. 3 years later I have left employment. Is this non compete still valid?

YOu need to have a lawyer look at the language of you non-compete agreement and speak about your job duties with your various employers.
